Hey curious human, What if you could meet the version of yourself who is thriving, fulfilled, energized, and doing work that truly matters to you? And what if you could ask that future version for clues and guidance to help you get there easily? Earlier this month, at the Solarpunkification Art Exhibition opening weekend in San Francisco, I guided an incredible group of people through an Ikigai Future Memory Experience—bringing them into a future where they are aligned with their calling and doing work that makes them come alive. Through a special guided meditation, participants received insights from their future selves, bringing back pieces of wisdom to shape their present path. Then, we translated those visions into art, merging them onto a shared canvas. A collective map of possibility🎨✨ Many participants have been sharing new insights and clues they have been receiving even weeks after the workshop! This is just one of the many practices I utilize inside my 360° Ikigai Exploration Support Program to guide neurodivergent (and conventionally wired minds) in uncovering their unique path. So What Really is Ikigai?Ikigai isn’t some far-off, impossible ideal you discover when you are ready to retire. It’s not about finding your “one true calling” or leaving a huge legacy. Ikigai is something that naturally evolves with you as you play and interact with the world around you every day. It’s about aligning with what naturally energizes you, so you can create a life that feels both meaningful and sustainable, starting now! Ikigai is found at the intersection of: But you don’t have to have all four figured out right away to move forward. Sometimes, it starts with a simple shift—acknowledging your strengths, reconnecting with your curiosity and sense of play, or letting go of what’s draining you in order to gain momentum in the right direction. That’s where I can help! 3 Easy Ways to Start Aligning with Your Ikigai Today:1- Notice What Energizes You (and What Drains You) – Pay attention to the activities, conversations, or topics that make you feel alive versus the ones that leave you exhausted. Notice how each feels in your body. Even small shifts toward what energizes you can make an incredible difference. 2- Reconnect with Your Younger Self – Think back to what you loved doing as a child or teen before external pressures took over. These early passions often hold clues to what naturally brings you joy. 3- Experiment with Low-Stakes Exploration – You don’t have to commit to something fully to find alignment. Try new things in small ways: watch a documentary or take a short course on your topic of curiosity, volunteer, start a side project, talk to experts or other curious people. Just play! Without the pressure of perfection, allow your process to be messy and fun. Want to go deeper? One of the things that lights me up and energizes me is supporting all kinds of minds in aligning with their Ikigai through my 1:1 Ikigai 360° Exploration Support Program. Through this program, I help you: ✅ Gain Immediate Clarity: Identify what energizes you and what’s holding you back ✅ Unlock your Strengths: Uncover strengths and resources to leverage right now ✅ Cultivate Long-Term Alignment: Create a personalized plan for a fulfilling life that excites you every morning ✅ Take Real-World Action Steps: Develop practical tools to integrate your Ikigai into daily life If you are navigating transitions, seeking clarity, or longing for work that aligns with your strengths, Ikigai Explorations might be what you’ve been missing.
