Hey there, beautiful human, This year, I’ve been quiet but more present than ever before. I’ve been deeply immersed in the heart of my work: supporting brilliant children, teens, and adults as they navigate the beauty and complexity of giftedness, neurodivergence, and twice-exceptionality. I've been busy falling more and more in love with what I do. Over the past few years, my client caseload has been filled with incredibly courageous souls I’ve had the honor and privilege of working with: From adults finally pursuing their dreams after years in mismatched careers, to children finding their voice and inner authority to break free from bullying, to teens overcoming executive function challenges by making small, daily adjustments that snowball into profound, life-changing progress. This work continually reaffirms why I’ve chosen this path. Watching my clients step into their potential is a constant source of inspiration and a reminder of the resilience we all carry within us. Even when life is challenging or overwhelming, change is always possible. Our brains are wired to adapt and grow. Small, consistent actions can create new neural pathways, building the habits, confidence, and mindset needed for meaningful growth. That’s the beauty of neuroplasticity. True transformation doesn’t happen in big, dramatic moments. It unfolds through steady, imperfect steps that add up over time and lead to lasting progress. This year, I’ve witnessed profound shifts in my clients, mirroring my own changes and identity shifts. As my clients grow and break through their upper limits, I too break through mine, expanding my capacity to hold space for even more transformation in them. I am about to celebrate seven years since I left my stable job as a School Psychologist in the public education system. If you are curious, you can read more about how 2e Minds was born in the first blog post I ever wrote: What No One Tells you about the U.S Public Education System Choosing to step into the unknown as my own boss, a very neurodivergent one, was one of the scariest and most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made. But getting here wasn’t a straight line. The voice guiding this adventure was not always so clear or loud. This voice gets stronger the more we honor it and quieter when we ignore it. If you’ve ever felt a nudge inside whispering, “There’s something more…”, that voice is wise. It knows the way forward, even when it feels scary or unclear. And hey, you don’t need seven years to create profound changes in your life. I’ll be sharing pieces of my journey, how it started, the messy middle, and where I am now. I hope my story, and the brain science behind it, will inspire you or your child to take small steps that lead to real, long-term results. In the meantime, I’ve opened a limited number of complimentary exploration calls before the year ends. I only open a few spots every once in a while, so if you’ve been considering guidance for yourself, your child, or your teen, let’s connect. We’ll explore where you are now, what’s holding you back, and how you can take even one small step toward the life you are meant to be living.
If there’s a whisper inside you, a quiet voice saying, “I was made for something more. This is my time to grow, to expand, to step forward”, I’d love to help you strengthen it. Let’s explore how my work can help you or your child end this year with clarity and momentum to start the new one on the best possible path to success. I can’t wait to hear your story! That whisper inside you? It knows the way✨ With lots of Gratitude, |
